I love environment portraits. I want to get outside and find a place that is special to you. I love taking couples to meaningful locations to capture their engagement photos.

Every once in a while a like to turn the camera around and take a few portraits of my self. I like to remember how it feels to be on the other side of the lens.
This first shot is my style of studio portrait. The second shot is more of a fun shot, my literal profile pic.

Barrie wedding photographer, Anthony Barton specializes in modern, nontraditional wedding photojournalism. While based in Barrie, Anthony travels within southern Ontario for several weddings and engagement sessions every year. He balances his documentary style, wedding photojournalism with fine art portraiture. While traditional photography will always have its place, he uses his background in digital arts to make your portraits beautiful, fun, and nontraditional. Most of all, he wants you to have fun. While you’re having fun and letting the day’s events unfold, Anthony captures the emotions, laughter, and tears that make your wedding day its own. See his Barrie wedding blog for the latest work.
I want you to love your wedding photos. I accept a limited number of weddings every year so I can always be the energetic, fun, and easy-going photographer focused on capturing your day.

Fallen Leaves In The Forest.
I love the Fall. The Fall is by far my favorite time of year. Back-to-school, Thanksgiving, Halloween and all the fall colours in the forest. Here are a few fallen leaves that I found after the rain.

I think having family fall portraits is a great tradition that may family have. They are a great way to see how kids are growing over the years. Here are a couple that I captured this fall.
